This Rustic house, surrounded by nature, is located in Descelo, at the beginning of the Cannobina Valley, and can only be reached on foot.

Once in Lunecco, you leave your car in one of the two public car parks. The path to Descelo starts at the side of the car park, near the small church. After a walk of about 15 minutes, you arrive at a pretty old alpine pasture with about twenty huts.

The hut is located on the edge of this hamlet, with an open view of the mountains.

It is arranged on three levels:

On the ground floor, about 45 sqm, with direct access to the terrace and garden, is the entrance hall, a large bedroom with 5 beds, another bedroom and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the living area, of about 20 sq. m., on the upper floor, which has an open kitchen and another large terrace.

On the basement floor, also reached by an internal staircase, is a large cellar of about 25 square metres and a storage room.

From each floor there is direct access to the garden

The Rustico has been renovated, is immediately habitable and everything is functional. The furnishings are simple but functional, there is also a washing machine.

The property has public electricity and an electric boiler for hot water; water is provided by a mountain spring; heating is by a hot-air fireplace. About 50 metres away is a cable car, which is very practical and convenient for transporting heavy materials.

The Rustic hut is surrounded by peace and quiet and by about 1000 square metres of land, part garden with three terraces and pergolas, and part forest, which is very useful for finding wood for heating.

The chalet faces south, so there are at least five hours of sun even on winter days. The climate is warm and pleasant, cooled by a refreshing breeze in summer.

This small dwelling is suitable for those who enjoy contact with nature and quietness.
