Valle Cannobina, House at Sale

In the centre of Crealla, an ancient village in the Cannobina Valley, there is this beautiful semi-detached House, from land to sky, with garden and view of the valley below.

Crealla is a hamlet of the municipality of Falmenta, about 600 meters high in the Upper Cannobina Valley and has about thirty residents.
Until 2001 Crealla could only be reached on foot, one thousand five hundred steps separated it from the rest of the world and finally in 2005, that road awaited for more than half a century arrived.
Thanks to this condition, this ancient village has remained intact, perfectly preserving its structure, architecture and traditions. Beautiful is the small church with its churchyard where many folk festivals take place.
The main events in the village are the carnival, the feast of the patron saint (St. Peter on June 29), the feast of Our Lady on August 15 and the chestnut (second weekend in October. During the Christmas period, the Via dei Presepi has over 200 cribs of all kinds.
The small Gildo Museum Houses ancient objects characteristic of the area.
Crealla is a suitable place for nature lovers.
